Sai Trinity Organisation is a Non-Governmental Organization based in National level. It was established in 2006 and has a presence in 25 Indian states. As of 2019, the Foundation reaches approximately 39,000 children and their families.
The purpose of this NGO for education in India was to promote education among the underprivileged. Their development program includes health care, education, livelihood for children and women, provision to be equally affected by lack of resources.

STO, a non-profitable organization in India is to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes.
STO is to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving ideal SROI (social return on investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives; also to sensitize privileged children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.

Presently this organization has created its capital assets of lump-sum Rs. 8/- crore in the form of land, vehicles and other assets.
This organization is registered in the income tax department u/s 12AA of the income tax Act, 1961, vide no.- CIT/RTK/ITO(vg)/325-S/12A/2011-12, dated- 20/03/2012 and u/s 80-G(5) of the income tax Act, 1961, vide no.- CIT/RTK/ITO(vg)/351/80-G/2014-15, dated- 09/09/2014, towards exemption of Tax and also registered in Niti Aayog vide Regd. No.- 0491 and Unique ID of VO/NGO, HR/2019/0233016
This organization has run by members body and most of the members are devotees of “BHAGAN SRI SATYA SAI BABA” and inspired by the “BABA’s” teaching , they had formed this organization in the year 2006 under the name of SAI TRINITY ORGANIZATION. The main objective of this organization is to improve the educational and moral standard of rural and urban boys and girls at reasonable or on very low cost. The organization emphasize on organizing the camps and training program on social upliftment activities like- medical checkup, national integration, AIDS awareness, women empowerment, socio-economic awareness camp for rural women, consumer awareness, awareness on world environment, disaster management & training camp, vocational training programme, culture programme, Road safety awareness camp, family counseling, making of self help groups etc.
In above mentioned context, this organization has been severally awarded letter of praises by the State and District level dignitaries like Secretary to Government of Haryana, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Addl. Deputy Commissioner and Sub. Divisional Magistrate(C).
Land of Sai Trinity Organization at Loharu for the School:-
The organization has purchased 59 Kanal 10 Marla land in its own name, which is situated at main National Highway 334-B, Loharu Dadri Road, Loharu, Distt.- Bhiwani(Hr.). This land has granted CLU and approved building plan from the Town & Country planning department, Haryana, Chandigarh, vide memo No.-BI-340-PA(SN)/2015/12873, Dated-17/07/2015, the Zoning Plan of this site Drawing No.-DGTCP-5217, Dated-16/07/2015& approved Building Plan vide Memo No.-BI-340/JD(RM)/2016/22322,Dated-14/10/2016, to start the project of senior secondary school in the revenue estate of village - Loharu, Distt.- Bhiwani (Hr.).
Loharu School building construction work is going on and we needs funds for construct it.
About the School:-We have two branches of School1. The Oasis Global School, is being run under the aegis of Sai Trinity Organization and is situated in Loharu, this school was established in the year 2018 & it is co-ed school provides education up to 12th standard. The teaching staff of this school is highly educated, dedicated and have passion for work. We use to give maximum rebate to the rural students during admission time. The students of this school also occasionally meet with Hon’ble President of India, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Hon’ble Home Minister of India and have also got awards from them.
2. The Oasis Global School, is being run under the aegis of Sai Trinity Organization and is situated in the heart of city at National Highway No.-10, this school was established in the year 2006 & it is co-ed school provides education up to 12th standard. The teaching staff of this school is highly educated, dedicated and have passion for work. The procedure of enrollment of students depends on their talent and based on our sitting capacity. At present 680 students of rural & urban area are studying in this school. The students of this school occasionally meet with Hon’ble President of India, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Hon’ble Home Minister of India & Hon’ble Chief Ministers of several states and have also got awards from them.
Since 2006 STO (SAI TRINITY ORGANIZATION) has made efforts to improve the quality of rural education by introducing E-Learning programs, renovating schools, creating playgrounds, providing nutritional support & conducting summer & winter camp/ Exhibitions / Competitions. This has resulted in a “Zero School Drop-out Rate” with more than 5000 beneficiaries through various activities.
Although basic indicators for good education have been achieved, yet rural children are not capable of competing with urban children in aspects of personality building. This STORDP (Sai Trinity Organization Rural Development Program) project will enable to build the future of rural children by developing their skills through a series of activities in school. Inculcating life skills, art, cultural conservation through modes like competitions, confidence building and personality building sessions, scientific thinking, training in Indian foreign sports etc. this project will work with the children , teachers and parents. Hence, an objective of nurturing children by motivating them through different socio- cultural activities would be fulfilled.
STO has identified abilities and talents among rural students, so as to sharpen their skills and knowledge through various extra- curricular activities. These activities will be run in the coordination with school as well as community. These activities will be focused on development of child through nurturing seven key arts required to become a successful person i.e. dance, drama, music, elocution, drawing, sports and knowledge transfer.
In addition to this, there will also be Magic Box activities for primary / secondary students which would include indoor games and activities (keyboard, String Instrument and Percussion Instrument will be provided), outdoor games, self- defense training, yoga, public speaking, field visits, team building games, audio visuals depicting stories, poems, mono acts, creative math, singing, dancing, drawing, sport competitions and the youth will receive agriculture and vocational training to achieve the motives of the project. In a way, this will be a reverse talent hunt program. The school will be monitored before and after project completion to understand the impact of implementing the same.

STO is a public charitable trust reaching out to the underprivileged. We have run 2 low cost schools Oasis Global School in Bahadurgarh city and Loharu in village (Haryana) Healthcare and Hygiene- A medical Van with Doctors goes around villages treating common illness. Medical check- ups are carried out in schools every year. Women Empowerment – Besides doorstep tailoring classes we conduct martial arts, horticulture, ceramic, craft, rangoli & mehendi classes. Meaningful Environment – we have planted fruit and shadow trees in 2 acre land.

STO is managed by a Board of Trustees, who are supported by an Advisory Panel comprising of individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, and a Management Team which comprises of experienced professionals working with STO.
Lifecycle Approach: Children, their families and the community .
STO, an NGO working for child education believes that education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues - from healthcare to appropriate social behavior to understanding one's rights - and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen. Education is the most effective tool which helps children build a strong foundation; enabling them to free themselves from the vicious cycle of ignorance, poverty and disease.
STO realized that Education for Children cannot be achieved without the family, particularly, unless the mother is assured of health care and empowered. Moreover, when an elder sibling is educated and relevantly skilled to be employable and begins earning, the journey of empowerment continues beyond the present generation.
STO extended its thematic areas of intervention by supporting family health, livelihood, and women empowerment. Children, their families and the community become the target group for STO's activities as child education cannot be done in isolation and nothing else but education for children can bring long lasting change in the society.
Working Model
STO has evolved two working models namely, Social Venture Philanthropy (SVP) and Outreach. Depending on the necessity and circumstances, either of the models is deployed, making it one of the best non-profit organizations in india.
Social Venture Philanthropy (SVP)
Social Venture Philanthropy (SVP) is an innovative model based on the business concept of venture capital. Under SVP, STO not only identifies & implements its development projects through credible CBO's (Community Based Organisations) but also, handholds and builds capacities of these organizations, focusing on achieving scalability and sustainability, creating a culture of leadership and excellence and inculcating a deep sense of accountability among them.
Outreach
Under SVP, while working in the remote rural areas, STO realized that many a time’ capacities of community based organizations (CBOs) were not adequate to meet the high expectations of large corporate social investors. Under Outreach model, STO implements the development interventions directly as it requires intensive and professional engagement for a wider and sustained outcome. STO gets a first-hand experience in the nuances of development at the grassroots through its Outreach model and then implements the learning in its SVP Projects through its SVP Partners.
